Coinbase Tokenized Stocks are US company shares brought onchain, issued by Coinbase and backed 1:1 by shares held in regulated custody. Base is the neutral network they live on — it does not issue, sell, or endorse these tokens.
Who is eligible?+
Coinbase Tokenized Stocks are offered under Regulation S and are available only in eligible jurisdictions outside the US. Availability varies by product and venue.
What is B20?+
B20 is the Base-native token standard that extends ERC-20. It adds multipliers that pass corporate actions like dividends and splits through to holders onchain.
How are dividends and splits handled?+
Cash dividends are converted to shares of the underlying equity and reflected via a multiplier update; splits adjust the multiplier as well. One B20 token does not permanently equal one share — always apply the current multiplier.

Yes. Holding and secondary-market trading on Base is permissionless and runs 24/7/365, including weekends and US market holidays. Minting and redeeming shares is a restricted issuer flow.
